  •        The industrial-grade solid product of polyaluminum chloride is golden yellow or dark yellow in color. It has strong bridging adsorption properties, and during the hydrolysis process, it undergoes physical and chemical processes such as coagulation, adsorption, and precipitation. The flocculation and sedimentation speed is fast, it has a wide applicable pH range, is non-corrosive to pipeline equipment, and has a significant water purification effect, effectively removing SS, COD, BOD, and heavy metal ions such as arsenic and mercury from water. This product is widely used in industrial water and wastewater treatment.

      Classification of production processes:

     Frame-type polyaluminum chloride is granular, with high aluminum content and low insoluble matter.

          Enterprise products:

      Spray-dried polyaluminum chloride: mass fraction of aluminum oxide (Al₂O3) ≥ 28%.

      Product features:

      1. Good water purification effect: effectively removes turbidity substances, suspended solids, organic pollutants, and heavy metal ions from water, making it clear and transparent, reducing the pollutant content in water, especially significant for high turbidity water with a turbidity reduction rate of up to 96%.

      2. Strong flocculation performance: fast hydrolysis speed, large flocs formed in water, fast sedimentation, with purification capacity 2 to 3 times greater than other coagulants, quickly forming flocs from impurities in water for effective separation.

      3. Wide applicability: strong adaptability to various water qualities, with a typical source water pH range of 5.0-9.0, showing good treatment effects for different acidity and alkalinity, turbidity, and temperatures.

            4. Low usage cost: high aluminum oxide content, small dosage, which can reduce the cost of treated water compared to traditional coagulants, with water purification costs 15%-30% lower than other coagulants.

      Packaging and storage:

      The solid is packaged in 25 kg bags, with an inner layer of plastic film and an outer layer of plastic woven bag. The liquid before spray drying is transported and sold in tank trucks or ton barrels.

      Products should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool indoor place, avoiding moisture, and must not be stored together with flammable, corrosive, or toxic items.

    The insoluble matter, iron, ammonia nitrogen, arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury, and chromium indicators listed in the table are calculated based on a mass fraction of 10% Al₂O3. When the Al₂O3 content ≠ 10%, the actual content should be converted to the proportion of the product with 10% Al₂O3 to calculate the corresponding mass fraction.
