  • Product details
  •      Polymerized ferric sulfate is a high-performance inorganic polymer coagulant, generally a light yellow amorphous powdery solid, easily soluble in water, with a red-brown transparent solution.

          Principle of action
After hydrolysis, polymerized ferric sulfate produces a large number of polymeric cations, which can neutralize the negative charges on the surface of colloidal particles in water, destabilizing the colloids. It can also bridge and adsorb between colloidal particles, causing the particles to aggregate into larger flocs, thus achieving sedimentation separation.

      Production process:

Mainly made from ferrous sulfate through a series of chemical processes including oxidation, hydrolysis, and polymerization.

      High product quality:

Polymerized ferric sulfate: mass fraction of total iron/% ≥ 19.5%, strict requirements for production materials, in accordance with GB/T14591-2016 standards.

      Product characteristics:

       1. Fast coagulation: Good coagulation effect, the formed flocs are dense, and the sedimentation speed is fast, effectively removing suspended solids, organic matter, heavy metals, and other impurities from water, resulting in clear treated water.
             2. Wide application range: Suitable for a wide pH range, with strong adaptability to changes in water quality.
             3. Lower cost: Relatively low raw material prices and small usage can reduce treatment costs.

             4. Good phosphorus removal effect: Effectively removes phosphorus, allowing it to be removed from water in the form of precipitate, which is significant for controlling eutrophication in wastewater treatment.

            Application fields
             1. Drinking water treatment: Can remove suspended solids, bacteria, organic matter, and other impurities from water, improving water transparency and ensuring the hygiene and taste of drinking water.
             2. Urban wastewater treatment: Can remove suspended solids, organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus, and other pollutants from wastewater, reducing the risk of eutrophication, and can also remove fluoride, oil, and decolorize, improving the appearance and odor of water quality.
             3. Industrial wastewater treatment: Suitable for wastewater treatment in various industries such as dyeing, electroplating, papermaking, leather, and chemicals, effectively removing heavy metal ions, organic matter, color, and other pollutants, achieving standard discharge or reuse of wastewater.
             4. Can be used as a precipitant and flocculant in the mineral processing process, improving the recovery rate and purity of ores, aiding in the separation and enrichment of minerals.
             5. Can be used as a soil conditioner to improve soil fertility and moisture retention capacity, promoting crop growth.
             6. Papermaking industry: Can be used as a decolorizing agent for paper and a purifier for pulp, improving the whiteness and quality of paper.
             7. Dye industry: An important raw material for producing iron dyes, also used in textile dyeing and pigment preparation.
             8. Metal surface treatment: Has good corrosion resistance on metal surfaces, can form a protective film, protecting the metal surface from oxidation, corrosion, and scratches.

      Packaging and storage:

Solid is packaged in 25Kg bags, with an inner layer of plastic film and an outer layer of plastic woven bag. The liquid before spray drying is transported and sold in tank trucks or ton barrels.

Products should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool indoor place, avoiding moisture, and must not be stored together with flammable, corrosive, or toxic items.
